1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bk55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bk55 website located at https://bk55.bar and all associated services, features, and content made available through that domain.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the bk55 platform, you confirm that:

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the bk55 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older. bk55 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly provide services to any individual under this age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

You must maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if circumstances change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with bk55. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where bk55 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, all balances forfeited, and all pending bonuses cancelled without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. bk55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bk55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to having met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. bk55 also reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under the specific rules of the relevant market.

Cricket markets on bk55 cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championship events, and other international tournaments. Specific cricket betting rules — including rules on abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, and tied matches — are published within the cricket section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.3 Live Casino & Slots
